As the Founder and President of Extension of Love Senior Living, Karon leads with vision, integrity, and purpose. She is devoted to creating structured, supportive environments that promote stability, independence, and meaningful community connection for vulnerable seniors. Her leadership reflects a people-centered approach rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect for every individual served.
